REGISTRATION and COPYRIGHT TRANSFER FORMS

REGISTRATION
The registration to the conference will be available from July 22, 2019 to September 30, 2019. You can download the "Registration Form"

In order to complete your registration, the registration fee has to be paid to the account of the conference. The registration fee includes all expenses except for accommodation and your transfer to Edirne (Coffee Breaks, Lunch for two days, Gala Dinner and Conference Bag are included). The registration to the conference will be completed by sending the "Bank Receipt" and "Registration Form" to the conference secretariat through the conference e-mail: bccconference@trakya.edu.tr

Depending on participation type registration fee changes. As it is shown below, you can learn the fee that you must pay. For more detail information you can visit the conference web-site.

Student**	40 Euro	Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Gala Dinner and Conference Bag (with a Proceedings Book, notebook, pencil etc.)

*The registration fee for the member of National Standardization Associations is 50 Euro.

**If you are a student please send your student letter with a bank transfer receipt.

COPYRIGHT TRANSFER

In order to accept and state that the editorial board of 15th International Conference “Standardization, Protypes and Quality”: A Means of Balkan Countries’ Collaboration organized by Trakya University carries no responsibility for the conclusions, information, findings and interpretations of my work mentioned above, all authors must be signed the "COPYRIGHT TRANSFER" form.

Also "COPYRIGHT TRANSFER" form states that Authors have transferred their financial rights to 15th International Conference “Standardization, Protypes and Quality”: A Means of Balkan Countries’ Collaboration organized by Trakya University, where Authors have waived their copyright in respect of the publication, reproduction and distribution of the work.

It is accepted to be signed by one of the authors if there is more than one author. The authors should submit the "COPYRIGHT TRANSFER" form in the PDF format with their signatures.
